Dana is a founding member of the firm and has served as its managing partner since its inception. Dana’s principal areas of practice are securities regulation and enforcement, corporate, commercial and employment law. Dana regularly acts as counsel for investment dealers, public companies, persons licensed under Canadian securities legislation, and other public market participants before securities regulatory tribunals, Canadian stock exchanges, the IIROC and the OBSI. He routinely advises investment dealers and other public market participants on matters of regulatory compliance. Dana also acts for investment dealers, investment advisors and investors in respect of suitability and other investment related claims.
